KAHI Multi Balm Refill is a fresh balm for your KAHI Refillable Multi Balm metal case. Keep the case you love, click in the refill and you're back to the same melt-in balm with salmon PDRN and a complete collagen trio.
It holds the same formula as our Multi Balm, tested in Seoul: eye-area lines looked 39% smoother after 4 weeks, and skin hydration rose 410% straight after one swipe.1,2 Refill only: the metal case is sold separately. Developed in Korea.

What's included?
One Multi Balm refill. It doesn't include the metal case, which is sold on its own or in the Refillable Multi Balm Set.
Which case does the refill fit?
It's made for the KAHI Refillable Multi Balm metal case.
How do I change the refill?
Hold the bottom of the case, pull out the top and place the new refill on. Then secure the lid to lock the refill in place.
Is the refill the same formula as the Multi Balm?
Yes. It's the same formula as our Multi Balm, tested in Seoul, where eye-area lines looked 39% smoother after 4 weeks and skin hydration rose 410% straight after one swipe.¹ ²
Why buy a refill instead of a new stick?
You only replace what you've used up. You keep the metal case and swap in a new balm refill, so you aren't buying a new outer case every time. The refill still comes in its own slim inner tube, so there is less packaging per balm, not none.
Can I use it around my eyes?
Yes. It was tested around the eye area, and no skin reactions were seen in the studies. Glide it gently along the outer corners and under the eyes, keeping it out of the eyes themselves.
Is it vegan?
No. Its hero ingredients, salmon PDRN and salmon collagen, come from salmon, so the balm is not vegan. It is cruelty-free.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
The balm has not been tested during pregnancy, so please ask your GP or midwife before using it while pregnant or breastfeeding. The full ingredient list is below.
