Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Subscribe & save works on the KAHI UK store and how to change or cancel a subscription. It does not affect your statutory rights.

How it works

On the product page, choose Subscribe & save and a delivery frequency. The frequencies and the subscription discount on offer are shown before you add the item to your bag.
You pay for your first delivery when you place your order. After that, we charge the same payment method automatically and send your order on each delivery date, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Delivery charges follow our Shipping policy. You receive an order confirmation email each time a subscription order is placed.
Pack prices also apply to subscriptions: if you subscribe to two or three sticks, the pack saving is added to the subscription discount, and the total is shown before you add the item to your bag. Other offers and discount codes cannot be combined with a subscription unless we say so.

Skip, pause, change or cancel

There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. Sign in to your account and open Subscriptions to skip a delivery, change the frequency, pause or cancel at any time. Changes you make before your next billing date apply to that order. You can also email support@kahi.co.uk and we will make the change for you.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you before the new price applies, so you can cancel before your next order if you wish.

Failed payments

If a payment does not go through, we will try again and let you know by email. If it still fails, we may pause your subscription until you update your payment details.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first delivery. Returns and refunds for individual deliveries follow our Refund policy, including the hygiene exception for balms that have been unsealed or used.
