These terms apply when you buy from the KAHI UK online store (the "store"). Please read them before placing an order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Read the ingredient list before use, especially if you have known allergies, and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Offers and pack prices apply automatically in your bag and only for as long as they are shown on the store.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & save, your order repeats automatically at the delivery frequency you chose, and we charge your saved payment method for each delivery until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee: you can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account. How subscriptions are priced, changed and cancelled is set out in our Cancellation policy.

Delivery

We dispatch from the UK. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy and at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. How this works, and our longer 30-day returns window for unopened items, is set out in our Refund policy.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Reviews and content

We publish every review we receive, including critical ones, and the rating shown includes all of them. We remove a review only if it is abusive, spam, a duplicate, or not about the product (for example, about the delivery or customer service of another store), and we keep a record of each removal and its reason. Featured reviews are chosen for detail from verified buyers. Ratings and reviews from another KAHI store, such as our US store, are labelled with their source.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the store when you place your order applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
