Delivery and returns
How much is UK delivery, and how fast is it?
Standard UK delivery is £4.90, usually 2 to 3 working days, and free on orders of £35 or more. Express delivery is £8.90 for next working day on any order. Both count from dispatch, and the estimated dates are shown at checkout.
Where are orders dispatched from?
All orders are dispatched from the UK, so UK deliveries have no customs charges. Orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
How do I track my order?
We email you when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link where your delivery option includes one.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unopened balms in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You can also cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, opened balms can only be returned if they are faulty. See our refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@kahi.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will refund or replace it, including delivery costs.
