Shipping policy

  • Free UK delivery from £35

    Standard delivery is £4.90 on smaller orders, usually 2 to 3 working days. Express is £8.90, next working day.

  • Same-day dispatch

    Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday. Dispatched from the UK.

  • Delivery options at checkout

    Standard and express, with estimated times shown before you pay.

All orders are dispatched from the UK. Orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery

  • Standard delivery: £4.90, usually 2 to 3 working days, and free on orders of £35 or more.
  • Express delivery: £8.90, next working day on any order.

Delivery times count from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. The options and estimated dates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery outside the UK

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you would like to see KAHI delivered to your country, email support@kahi.co.uk and we will let you know when it becomes available.

Tracking and problems

We email you when your order is dispatched. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@kahi.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it out. Your rights for damaged or faulty items are set out in our Refund policy.
