About the balm
KAHI Eye Balm is a light, silky Korean balm stick for the thin skin around your eyes. One swipe melts in fast and leaves tired eyes looking fresher, smoother and softly dewy, under concealer or over make-up. It keeps the salmon PDRN and collagen of our Multi Balm, leaves out the shea butter, and adds a peptide, adenosine and licorice root.
Clinically tested in Seoul: upper eyelids looked 17% firmer and under-eyes 24% more lifted after 1 week, and crow's feet looked 7% smoother after 4 weeks.1 9 g, developed in Korea.

Good to know
Questions, answered
Eye Balm or Multi Balm: which should I get?
Choose the Eye Balm if your eye area is the main concern: it is lighter, leaves out shea butter and adds a peptide and licorice root. Choose the Multi Balm if you want one richer stick for the face, lips and neck. They share salmon PDRN and collagen, so many people use both.
Can I use it under concealer?
Yes. Swipe on a thin layer, give it a minute to sink in, then pat your concealer on top. Over make-up, tap rather than drag so your base stays put.
Does it sting sensitive eyes?
No skin reactions were recorded in the 21 women tested over 4 weeks.³ The study did not include people with sensitive or allergy-prone skin, and the balm contains fragrance, so patch test it first. Apply around the eyes, never in them, and rinse with water if any gets in.
Is it safe for contact-lens wearers?
It is made for the skin around the eyes, not the eyes themselves, and it has not been tested specifically with lens wearers. Put your lenses in first, keep the balm to the brow bone, outer corners and under-eye rather than the lash line, and wash your hands before touching your lenses.
How long does one stick last?
It depends on how often and how widely you use it. The eye area only needs a thin layer, so a stick used there alone lasts longer than one swept over the whole face. Once opened, use it within the period shown by the open-jar symbol on the pack.
Is the KAHI Eye Balm vegan?
No. It contains salmon PDRN and salmon collagen, so it is not vegan. It is cruelty-free.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
The balm has not been tested during pregnancy; pregnant and breastfeeding women were not included in the study. Please ask your GP or midwife before using it while pregnant or breastfeeding. The full ingredient list is below.
Can I use it with retinol?
The balm contains no retinol or exfoliating acids, but we have not tested it alongside retinol. If you use both, apply the balm as the last step and stop if the eye area feels irritated. If you use a prescription retinoid, ask your GP or pharmacist first.
Is an eye balm better than an eye cream?
It is a different format rather than a better one. A balm stick is concentrated, mess-free and easy to reapply on the go, even over make-up; an eye cream suits a fixed morning and night routine. Many people use the balm for daytime top-ups.
