KAHI Cleansing Balm Sensitive Care (Camellia)
A twist-up Korean cleansing balm with camellia oil, in ten ingredients · 50 ml
About the formula
KAHI Cleansing Balm Sensitive Care (Camellia) keeps it short: just ten ingredients. Turn the top and it shaves off soft, frilly curls of balm, so there's no dipping and no scooping. On dry skin it melts into a silky oil that lifts make-up and everyday dirt, then turns milky with water and rinses clean.
Camellia seed oil, moringa seed oil and vitamin E help skin feel soft and comfortable rather than stripped, with eclipta and neem leaf extracts. Made for sensitive-feeling skin. 50 ml, developed in Korea.

Questions, answered
How do you use a cleansing balm?
Twist the top 1–3 times, massage the balm over dry skin in gentle circles, then add a splash of water so it turns milky and rinse with lukewarm water. If you double cleanse, follow with your usual foam cleanser.
Is it good for sensitive skin?
It's made for sensitive-feeling skin, with a short list of ten ingredients. It does contain fragrance, so patch test first on a small area, such as the inner arm, and keep it away from your eyes.
Does it have scrub in it?
No. Unlike the other KAHI cleansing balms, the Camellia balm has no scrub particles or exfoliating acids. It's a smooth balm that melts into oil.
Does it remove waterproof mascara?
It melts away everyday make-up. For long-wear or waterproof mascara, hold the balm gently on closed lashes for a few seconds before rolling it off, then rinse well.
Will it leave a greasy film?
Add a little water once your make-up has melted and it turns milky, so it rinses clean. Follow with a gentle foam cleanser, such as KAHI's Cream Cleansing Foam, if you like to double cleanse.
Why does it come in a twist-up jar?
Turning the top shaves the balm into soft curls, so your fingers never go into the jar. There's no dipping or scooping, and no balm under your nails.
Which KAHI cleansing balm is right for me?
Pore Control Mung Bean for oily or congested-looking skin, Sensitive Care Camellia for sensitive-feeling skin, Vita Care for dull, tired-looking skin, and Nourishing Care Carrot for skin that feels tight after cleansing.
How should I store it?
Keep it at room temperature, between 10 and 30 °C, with the lid closed, and rinse your skin thoroughly with warm water after use.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
It hasn't been tested during pregnancy, so please ask your GP or midwife before using it while pregnant or breastfeeding. The full ingredient list is below.
